 What is the processing and shipping time?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 Are your candles made with natural ingredients?

Yes! All candles and wax melts are made with clean, high-quality ingredients for a safe and beautiful burn. No harsh chemicals, ever.

Will your candles scent fill a room?

Absolutely — my candles are designed to give a warm, inviting scent that fills small to medium-sized rooms without overwhelming.

How long does your car diffusers last?

On average, a diffuser lasts 3–6 weeks, depending on usage, heat, and how often the bottle is turned to refresh the scent.

 How do I use the car diffuser?

• Remove the wooden lid and plastic stopper.
• Replace the wooden lid tightly.
• Gently tip the bottle for 1–2 seconds to saturate the wood.

Hang in your car and enjoy!
Re-tip as needed to refresh the scent (1–2 seconds only).

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours so I can make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?

No worries! Take a photo of the item and packaging and email me within 48 hours. I’ll happily replace it.

How do digital downloads work?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an instant download link via email. No physical item will be shipped. Downloads are yours to save, print, and use immediately.

Can I reuse or share digital downloads?

Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
